Puebla. Dr José M Cabrera is an associate professor of structural engineering and head of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of the Americas Puebla (UDLAP). His research focuses on the dynamics of marine structures, reliability, and life-cycle cost analysis of infrastructure, and hydro-meteorological risks.
